Suzanne Coutanceau has always been a keen photographer, an interest possibly inherited from early photographer ancestors on both sides of her family. She was a Pony Club and Adult Riding Club groupie for many years, with daughter Mel who still competes every weekend and who demands the highest standards in equine photography. In addition to horses, Suzanne takes a great interest in macro photography, especially flowers. She also loves to photograph people and their pets, gardens and landscapes.
